This month, three years ago, we were in lockdown and the Government cancelled our Opening of the Green.  Well, that's what they thought.  We probably came up with a world first - the Virtual Opening of the Green.

This is the first of what we hope will be a regular feature.  If you have any photos or memories you wish to share with other members, just let us know.

​1997 saw the club celebrate its Golden Anniversary, which featured a special match in July between Co-op Men and a Gloucestershire Vice-Presidents’ team, the ‘VPs’ winning by 15 shots.

Does anyone have any recollections of the day or other celebrations that took place ?  Maybe someone can offer up a surname for George in the back row ?
