The Competition Secretary will run these competitions and may nominate a deputy or sub-committee to assist.
The dress code for all competitions is defined in the Club Constitution, Rule 10, Uniform
All matches need to be played by the published dates and shown on the competition draw sheets on the Club Notice Board.
Failure to play matches by the round closing date will result in the defaulting pair/player being scratched from the competition unless the Competition Secretary rules otherwise.
The first named player on the draw sheet is the challenger and is responsible for contacting their opponent. If the challenger fails to do so before the specified date the game will be awarded to the opponent
The challenger is responsible for offering three reasonable dates, booking the rink of play and arranging a marker if playing a Singles match. The marker must be agreed by both players. A singles match may only be played without a marker with the agreement of both players.
Score cards must be signed by both players or both skips and returned to the Competition Secretary.
